Shipping & Order Processing Information

ARAKNA Body Jewelry has many items in stock and ready to ship. Most orders ship within 48 hours, depending on our hours of operation. Please note that we work weekends, and the studio is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Within Canada, you can expect to receive your parcel within 14 days of placing your order.

Local Montréal Delivery (Free)

For local free deliveries in Montréal, no tracking number will be provided. Orders are either delivered personally by our team or shipped via standard Canada Post. You will receive an email with a photo confirmation of your order at the post office or in your mailbox as proof of delivery.

Out-of-Stock & Custom Orders

Some items may need to be ordered from the manufacturer. These include:

  • Custom orders

  • Unique color requests

  • Items not currently in stock

If you have not received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number within the first week, your jewelry was likely out of stock and is on its way to us.

Even for custom or out-of-stock items, you can generally expect to receive your order within 14 days of your initial purchase.

⚠️ Please note:
American brands such as Invictus, People’s Jewelry, and NeoMetal may take longer to arrive due to customs processing times.

Alchemy Adornment Jewelry

Alchemy Adornment pieces are made to order.

  • Estimated wait time: 1–8 weeks

  • No refunds once the jewelry has been ordered on our end

Order Updates & Guarantee

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped (when applicable). If we need to contact you regarding your order, we will do so within 2 days of your purchase. If you do not hear from us, your jewelry is simply being processed.

We guarantee you will receive your jewelry within 2 weeks — otherwise, shipping is on us.
